Ride hailing is built for cities. TukTuk Lebanon is built for the places it skips: towns and villages where the quickest way across is a tuk-tuk, and where the nearest driver is two streets away rather than two kilometres.
The rider signs in with a phone number and lands on a live map with their current position. They set the pick-up point, choose a destination or one of their saved places, see what the ride costs, and the request goes to the closest available driver — the whole point of the app is that this takes seconds.
After the ride, the history keeps every trip with its rating, the amount spent and the driver, and notifications carry new trips, ratings and offers. The interface is Arabic-first, in the plain wording people actually use.
It is one part of the 7addak platform: this rider app, a separate driver app on the stores, and a Laravel back office with a WebSocket server that keeps driver positions and trip states live on both sides.
