TukTuk Driver

The driver half of the 7addak tuk-tuk platform: go online, receive ride requests instantly, accept or decline, navigate to the passenger and the destination, and follow earnings and history in a wallet — the counterpart of the rider app.

About this project

A ride-hailing platform is two apps that have to agree with each other in real time. TukTuk Driver is the second half: what the captain sees while the rider is tapping "find me a tuk-tuk".

The driver signs in with a phone number and lands on the map with one control that matters — GO, which puts them online. From there ride requests arrive instantly and can be accepted or declined, with navigation to the pickup point and then to the destination, and the ride status tracked through to completion.

The wallet is the part drivers open most: the current balance, top-ups through the Lebanese money-transfer services they actually use (Whish Money, OMT, Bob Finance), and the list of recent transactions. Ride history keeps every completed trip and what it earned.

Settings hold the account, the map preference (including OpenStreetMap), sound and notification switches, the privacy policy and terms, and a delete-account route.

The interface is Arabic-first and deliberately plain — a driver reads it at a traffic light. Built in Flutter for both stores against the same Laravel back office and WebSocket server as the rider app, so a position or a status change shows on both sides at once.

Business category on Google Play, also on the App Store, last updated February 2026.
