The loyalty app of Elegant Kitchen Trading on iOS and Android: a digital loyalty card with tier, points and balance, exclusive offers, the history of recent transactions, and a direct line to the shop.
EKT Smart is the official app of Elegant Kitchen Trading in Doha — the supplier chefs, restaurant owners and serious home cooks in Qatar buy their kitchen equipment, spare parts and maintenance from. The app turns the plastic loyalty card into something they always have with them.
The card is the home screen: the customer's tier, card number, points balance and what those points are worth in riyals, earned and redeemed on every purchase at the shop.
Under it sit the offers — seasonal promotions and discounts, like the summer sale on heating elements — and the recent transactions list, so a customer can check a purchase or a reward without calling the branch.
The account section keeps the boring-but-necessary things in reach: contact support from inside the app, notifications, the privacy policy and terms, and a delete-my-account request.
