DoctorLb

A clinical training log for hospitals and residency programmes: residents log patients, daily follow-ups, procedures and rotations; attendings review and sign off; programme admins run the plans, the users and the payments — one shared workspace per programme.

DoctorLb

About this project

Residency programmes still track their trainees on paper and spreadsheets: who saw which patient, which procedures a resident has actually performed, who supervised them, and whether the logbook will survive the end-of-year review. DoctorLb replaces that with one workspace per programme, with a role for everyone in it.

Residents keep the patient roster: admissions, daily follow-ups, labs, attachments, discharge summaries and printable handovers. They log every procedure they perform, attach the evidence, and send it for sign-off.

Attendings review and sign off procedures and weeks. Programme admins manage the programme itself — the users, the rotation schedule, the plans and the subscription, including offline Lebanese payments where a customer uploads a payment proof for review.

Reports pull it together: what a resident has logged, by rotation and by period, exportable for the programme's own paperwork.

Built on Laravel with Blade, Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js, with role-based access control (admin, doctor, attending, programme admin) so nobody sees more than their role allows. The public demo runs on seeded demo data — no real patient information.
